Your First Visit

The first appointment is up to one hour long. At this visit I will ask you questions about your health. I will also perform a general physical exam. At the end of the visit, I will give you a treatment plan. I will also let you know how soon you should see results and how often follow up visits should be.

Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment to fill out the forms provided at the clinic.
